WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE DISH TO MAKE WITH YOUR KIDS AS HELPERS?

Nina is 13 years old so this question should really be, "What is your favorite dish to make with your parents?"

My favorite dish to make with my dad is Veal Scallopini with Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes.

CAN YOU GIVE THE VEAL SCALLOPINI WITH GREEN BEANS AND MASHED POTATOES RECIPE?

Nina's recipe was so good that we added it to our recipe database!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE DISH YOU REMEMBER EATING AS A CHILD?

Well, when I was younger (about 7 years old), all I ate was chicken soup and mac 'n cheese.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHILDHOOD MEMORY INVOLVING COOKING AND EATING TOGETHER WITH YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS?

One of my greatest memories involving cooking is when I was at my Aunty's house and my cousin and I wanted to make breakfast for the family. So we did it! We made pancakes, toast and, I think, also tea. It was so much fun!

WHAT TIPS OR ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR SOMEONE WHO IS NEW TO THE KITCHEN OR JUST GETTING THEIR KIDS INVOLVED IN THE KITCHEN?

Go step by step by step. Start off with chocolate chip cookies then move up (when you think they are ready) to helping you with chicken. And when they first start do not give them a sharp knife because that would not be good. If they really love to cook, buy them a kids cookbook with all different recipes that they have not tried yet. And one more thing is to have fun!
