No-Cook Sauces for Chicken: Pineapple-Ginger Sauce


  • 1 can crushed pineapple without added sugar (15 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari (dark soy sauce)
  • 1 1/2-inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
  • 3 scallions, sliced


In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Pour over sautéed chicken breasts for an instant meal!
