Tuscan BBQ Sauce


  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce – whatever is left at the bottom of the jar
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (eyeball it)


  1. Pour a couple of splashes of balsamic vinegar into the bottom of an almost-empty barbecue sauce jar or bottle and shake to combine.
  2. Serve the sauce over grilled steaks, chicken or portobello mushrooms.
