Veggies for Breakfast: Asian Veggie Spread



Ingredients


  • 3 scallions, green and white parts, finely sliced by a grown-up helper (GH)
  • 1/4 English (seedless) cucumber, finely chopped by your GH
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 8 ounces low fat or regular cream cheese, at room temperature


Directions


In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly to combine. Spread on your choice of English muffins, toast or bagels.
