Wellness Across America

Wellness Across America™ launched in 2003 in an effort to better connect school districts and community wellness initiatives to parents and their children. Combining the expertise of health and education professionals with marketing and design experience, the founders of this initiative have developed a comprehensive turn-key program that “markets” wellness in a way that empowers children and engages the family.

Wellness Across America offers school districts and communities a unique educational system that promotes improved understanding of nutrition, physical activities and overall wellness for children based on a system of making small, sequential eating and other lifestyle changes over a period of time. The program includes customized newsletters that speak directly to children and their families, Family Action Cards™, and their latest program, “Jump Start for Kids,” a 10-week evening program that parents and kids attend together that helps support and educate children and families about the nutritional, social and physical aspects of achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Through these various components, the Wellness Across America program provides:
