Banana “Ice Cream” Fake-Out

Serves 4

“Ice cream” doesn’t get healthier than this treat!


  • 3 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks, then frozen
  • 1/4 cup milk


  1. In the bowl of a food processor, puree the frozen bananas until whipped, about 2 minutes, adding the milk in small increments as needed to loosen the mixture up.
  2. Serve the “ice cream” immediately – you can even add toppings!
