Chapata is a simple and delicious alternative to garlic bread. You can serve it with your favorite soup or stoup or with a variety of other main dishes – it also makes a great snack and goes well with eggs for breakfast!
- 1 ciabatta loaf, split lengthwise and lightly toasted
- 4 tomatoes, cut into halves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Rub the tomato halves into the ciabatta and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Cut the bread into quarters and serve.
