Chicken and Asparagus Wrap

Serves 3-4


  • 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 6 whole wheat flour tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus, any flavor
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cut in strips
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese


  1. Steam the asparagus until tender; cool slightly.
  2. Spread each tortilla with a few tablespoons of hummus and top with a few asparagus spears. Add a handful of chicken to each tortilla and cover the chicken with a slice of Swiss cheese. Roll the wrap like a fajita and enjoy!
