Chicken and Asparagus Wrap
- 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
- 6 whole wheat flour tortillas
- 1 cup hummus, any flavor
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cut in strips
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- Steam the asparagus until tender; cool slightly.
- Spread each tortilla with a few tablespoons of hummus and top with a few asparagus spears. Add a handful of chicken to each tortilla and cover the chicken with a slice of Swiss cheese. Roll the wrap like a fajita and enjoy!
