Fruit Freezies

Serves 4 frozen yogurt pops

As an alternative to store-bought ice pops, check out these ones made with yogurt! Feel free to put your own spin on this recipe and use a different flavor yogurt or mix in a variety of fruits.


  • 8 ounces Key lime yogurt
  • 1/3 cup blueberries


  1. In a medium bowl, stir the yogurt until it is smooth.
  2. Fold in the blueberries.
  3. Spoon the mixture into freezer pop molds or small paper cups and insert the sticks (or freezer pop sticks, if using paper cups).
  4. Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm.
